Divine protection

And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do?
And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.
And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray you, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
2 Kings 6:15-17

The angel of the LORD camps round about them that fear him, and delivers them.

Psalms 34:7

Though an host should camp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.
Psalms 27:3

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
Romans 8:31

The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?
Psalms 118:6

When I cry unto you, then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me.
Psalms 56:9

But the LORD is with me as a mighty terrible one: therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail: they shall be greatly ashamed; for they shall not prosper: their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten.
Jeremiah 20:11

A thousand shall fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come nigh you.
Only with yours eyes shall you behold and see the reward of the wicked.
Because you have made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, your habitation.
Psalms 91:7-9

Dear Friend,

Here's another passages relating to protective angels, from 2 Kings 6:15-17:

When the servant of the man of God got up and went out early the next morning, an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the city. "Oh, my lord, what shall we do?" the servant asked.

"Don't be afraid," the prophet answered. "Those who are with us are more than those who are with them."

And Elisha prayed, "O LORD, open his eyes so he may see." Then the LORD opened the servant's eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

Keep up the good work.
